I’m ready! Are you gonna throw it? I’m Abby and I’m just dreaming of a big open space with lots of grass, where I can run around and play everyday!
It makes me sad to talk about it, but I had a ruff start to life. As a result of my experience, people make me very nervous. I guess I’m just more of a dog’s dog, so I will definitely need a confident doggy friend in my next home. I especially love smaller dogs, but with some time and proper introductions, a big dog can be my best friend too! I don’t like walking on a leash, so I really need a fenced in yard where I can just be me. A doggy door you say? Now that would be a huge bonus!
I have been living with a trainer who is teaching me how to be the best dog I can be. I am crate trained, I love going on car rides, and I love being in my kennel! It is my own personal dog-cave where I can get the downtime that I need. Oh you know those tiny humans? They look super fun to play with but I need a little more peace and quiet.
I may not be what they call a “cuddle bug” but I see myself as an independent woman, and that makes me very special! I know in my heart that the right home is out there for me, and with some time and patience, who knows what kind of dog I could become!
